Fair‑Use & Anti‑Fraud Policy

Earnauro pays rewards only for genuine, advertiser-approved activity. This policy protects legitimate members, advertisers and offerwall partners.

Strictly prohibited

• More than one account per person, shared accounts, account farming, or creating accounts for another person.
• VPNs, proxies, Tor, residential proxy networks, location spoofing or masking the real country used for an offer.
• Emulators, virtual machines, device farms, cloned devices, reset advertising IDs or repeated reinstalls used to repeat an offer.
• Bots, scripts, automation, macros, click manipulation or tampering with tracking, postbacks, requests or reward values.
• False profile, survey, identity, payment or demographic information.
• Completing the same “new user” offer more than once, including through another account, device or platform.
• Self-referrals, coordinated referral abuse, buying referrals or misleading people about offer requirements.
• Fraudulent purchases, intentional cancellations, refunds or chargebacks after receiving a reward.
• Selling, transferring or sharing accounts, balances, offer access or payout destinations.

Reviews and enforcement

Signals may include IP and country consistency, device identifiers, account relationships, completion speed, reversal rate, payout ownership and partner reports. A signal alone does not automatically prove fraud. We may pause cashouts while a trained reviewer checks the available evidence.

Confirmed abuse may result in rejected rewards, reversal of related points, loss of promotional bonuses, account suspension or permanent closure. We do not remove unrelated legitimate ledger entries unless necessary to offset a partner reversal or loss caused by the violation.

Contact support@earnauro.com with your account email, case reference and relevant evidence. Appeals receive human review. Do not create another account while a review is pending.
