Privacy Policy

Who we are

Earnauro operates a rewards platform where members complete third-party offers and redeem confirmed points. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@earnauro.com.

Information we collect

  • Account details: name, email, password hash, country and referral relationship.
  • Activity: offers opened or completed, partner identifiers, points ledger and cashout history.
  • Security and anti-fraud data: IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, session history and account-linking signals.
  • Payout details: delivery email, wallet address, game identifier or other destination required by the selected method. Sensitive destinations are protected at rest and masked in the interface.
  • Verification results: when identity verification is required, our provider may process identity documents. Earnauro stores the verification result and reference rather than a reusable copy where practicable.

Why we use it

We use data to create and secure accounts, connect offer completions, maintain balances, process payouts, prevent fraud, answer support requests, comply with law and improve platform reliability.

Offerwall and service providers

When you open an offerwall, we share a pseudonymous member identifier and technical information required for tracking and fraud prevention. We do not give offer partners your Earnauro password or payout destination. Activity inside a partner service is also governed by that partner’s privacy notice.

Legal bases

Depending on your location, processing relies on performance of our contract, legitimate interests in platform security and fraud prevention, legal obligations, and consent where required for optional cookies or marketing.

Retention

Core account and ledger records are retained while the account is active and generally for up to seven years after closure where needed for financial records, disputes, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Security logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Your choices and rights

Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Some financial and anti-fraud records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is legally required or necessary to defend claims. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security and international transfers

We apply access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring and limited staff access. Providers may process data in other countries using contractual and legal safeguards required by applicable law.

Changes

We will post material updates with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
