Terms of Service

Effective: October 15, 2026

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, and legally able to enter this agreement. By creating an account you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Fair‑Use & Anti‑Fraud Policy.

2. One person, one account

Only one Earnauro account is permitted per person and household member must use their own genuine identity, email, device and payout destination. Creating, buying, selling, sharing or controlling additional accounts is prohibited. We may link accounts using device, network, payment and partner signals.

3. Accurate identity and location

You must provide truthful, current information and access offers only from your real country of residence. VPNs, proxies, Tor, location spoofing, emulators, remote devices or any technology used to hide or change your location or device identity are prohibited while registering, completing offers or requesting payouts.

4. Offer compliance

Each advertiser or offerwall sets its own eligibility and completion rules. You must read and follow them. You may not use bots, automation, scripts, fake details, recycled payment methods, unauthorized chargebacks, self-referrals, repeated installs, manipulated tracking, or any method intended to create a completion that the advertiser did not genuinely earn.

5. Points and confirmation

Points are promotional platform units, are not deposits or e-money, and have no cash value until an eligible redemption is approved. Partner-reported activity may remain pending until the advertiser confirms it. Earnauro cannot credit activity that a partner cannot validate.

6. Reversals and negative balances

If an advertiser or partner rejects, refunds or reverses a completion, the related points may be reversed, including after initial confirmation. The exact movement appears in your ledger. A negative balance is applied against future rewards.

7. Cashouts and verification

Published minimums, regional availability and payout details apply. We may request email, identity, device, ownership or payment-destination verification before releasing a reward. Payout requests may be held during a fraud or partner review. Estimated processing times are targets, not guarantees.

8. Suspension and closure

We may restrict earning, freeze cashouts or close accounts when we reasonably detect policy violations, partner abuse, security risk or legal obligations. Fraudulently obtained points may be forfeited. Affected users may contact support and provide relevant evidence for human review.

9. No income promise

Earnauro is not employment, banking or an investment service. Offer availability and rewards vary by country, profile, advertiser demand and successful completion. We do not guarantee income or continuous offer availability.

10. Service and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnauro is not responsible for indirect losses, partner outages or unavailable offers. Our aggregate liability is limited to the legitimate confirmed balance associated with your account.

11. Changes and contact

Material changes will be announced before taking effect when reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Questions: legal@earnauro.com.
